• Same-day delivery is available for all orders placed within our operating hours.

• Orders placed before 6:00 PM will qualify for same-day delivery.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
3. Payment Options
We provide multiple secure payment methods for your convenience:
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the delivery agent upon receiving your order.
• STC Pay App: Make instant payments through the STC Pay mobile application.
• Bank Transfer: Transfer payments directly to our bank account. Please include your order ID in the payment reference and send proof of transfer via WhatsApp or email.
4. Delivery Charges
• A flat delivery fee may apply for all orders. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
5. Order Confirmation
• Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation of payment if using STC Pay or Bank Transfer.
• For COD orders, no additional confirmation is required.
6. Delivery Terms

• In case of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.
